About PdaNet+
PdaNet+ now contains both PdaNet and FoxFi. Turn your Android phone into free WiFi hotspot or USB broadband modem. No rooting. No tether plan needed.
With additional improvements, this is a complete tether solution of sharing phone Internet with computers or tablets.
PdaNet+ supports USB, Bluetooth and WiFi. USB mode works for all Android phones. FoxFi/WiFi mode only works on some phones. Please see the supported list at http://pdanet.co/devices
Free edition of PdaNet+ will require you to turn back on after some usage, otherwise it is same as full version.
Recent changes:
4.17 adds WiFi mode support for Verizon HTC phones that are updated to Android 4.4 (KitKat), in addition to Verizon Samsung phones supported in 4.16.

STEPS TO INSTALL
- unrar the file
- install pda net apk on your android
- install foxi fi key and apk on your android
- go to devoluper option in settings enable usb debugging mode
- install pda net exe on your computer
- enable your data connection or get connected by your neighbors wifi
- connect your android through usb cable to your pc
- start pda net on your android
- click on show hidden items for your task bar
- right click on pda net n connect through it
- enjoy it
